I'm from NYC, was staying in South Freeport, about 20 minutes outside Portlandia. Woke up for the 6:30 am Concord bus out of Portland back to NYC at about 5:00, called Uber. Nada. Not surprising to locals I'm sure, but no one jumped at the chance to cruise out there. Well, I call Portland Jetport Express in a panic at about 5:30, and up steps Isaac to save my day. I told him what was up, basically needed somebody right now. Before I even finished he says "I'll come myself, I'll see you soon." 20 minutes later he pulls into the drive, 20 minutes after that I'm at the Portland Transportation Center, the rest is happy history. I'm on the bus as I type this. He did suggest making a reservation next time might save some drama. Professional, fair pricing, friendly, flexible and fast. For car transportation in 2022 what else is there really? Thank you Isaac. He says they'll do airport pickups and outside Portland trips, just call ahead or when you land. I surely will next time I come back.

We contacted Portland Jetport Taxi service because the original taxi service we called cancelled our trip with no explanation. Isaac was at our pickup location before the 4:30am time we requested and he was a very pleasant and friendly man to talk with, he was reliable and a great driver too. They helped transport my 92yr old mother back and forth to the airport. Couldn't have asked for nicer friendlier support. AMAZING people. You are in good hands. :D

Isaac was awesome! We are from Dallas and didn't even think about the fact that no Ubers would be available at 4:30 in the morning. Isaac arrived to us in 15 minutes and got us straight to the airport. Let this be your sign, if you have an early flight, just call the taxi ahead of a time. Just do it

Isaak was very professional. We made a reservation and gave him our flight number. He texted me with his location as soon as the plane landed. He was friendly and drove us safely to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

I was lucky to flag Isaac down at the airport when I arrived in Portland after it was impossible to find any Lyft cars and Uber was too pricey. Isaac was very friendly and courteous and drove me safely to Cape Elizabeth. He handed me a card in case I needed a driver upon my return. When I called a week later he remembered me and agreed to come pick me up. He was prompt and reliable. I recommend booking with him when visiting Portland ME.
